Terms for using the site, the downloadable resources and the event tools.
LEGAL NOTICE
This site is the informational portal of the World Aura Battle Federation (WABF). It publishes the rulebook, scoring criteria, safety code and free organizer resources. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
USE OF RESOURCES
Downloadable documents may be used and reproduced free of charge to run events, provided their normative content stays intact and the rulebook version is cited. They may not be sold or presented as your own.
LIABILITY
WABF publishes a standard; it does not itself organize third-party events. Each organizer is responsible for local regulations, permits, insurance, venue safety and supervision of minors. Using WABF resources creates no agency relationship and transfers no liability to the federation.
PRIVACY
This site requires no registration and builds no user profiles. Data entered in the scoring tools is stored only in your browser (local storage) and can be deleted at any time. If you email us, we use your data only to reply.
MICROPHONE & CROWD METER
The crowd meter processes sound in real time inside your device to compute relative energy. No audio is recorded, stored or sent to any server. It requires your explicit permission and you can revoke it in your browser.
IMAGE RIGHTS
Image consent at events must be collected separately from registration, is revocable and, for minors, requires a legal guardian's signature. A participant may compete without authorizing publication of their image.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
WABF names, marks and graphic elements belong to the federation. The 'WABF Official Event' and 'WABF Championship' badges may only be used with express administrative authorization.
VERSIONING
The rulebook in force is version 1.0, effective September 3, 2026. Each change creates a new version and results are recorded stating the applied version.
